Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene stickers remain intact.
Ship Your Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
